Email domantaxas99@gmail.com — bug reports, questions, feature requests and account problems all go to the same place, and a person reads every message.
What to include in a bug report
Three things turn a report into a fix, and without them the first reply is only a request for them:
- Your device and browser — “iPhone, the installed app” or “Chrome on a Mac” is enough.
- What you did, in the order you did it — the tap or click just before it went wrong is usually the whole story.
- The exact words on the screen, copied or screenshotted. Error text is searchable; a paraphrase is not.
Your account and your data
Export and account deletion both live in the app under Settings → Account, on the phone and on the web — you never need to ask us to run either. What Stranza stores, why, and who else receives it is written out in the Privacy Policy; the rules the service runs under are in the Terms of Service.
Signing in
Stranza signs you in with Google or with a code sent to your email address; there is no password to lose. If a code does not arrive, check the spam folder first, then write — the address you tried is the useful detail.
Connecting a calendar
A connected calendar has to be authorised in one ordinary browser window, start to finish. Starting it in the installed app and finishing it elsewhere is the usual reason a connection looks complete and shows nothing; the grant itself is held on the server, so once it works, it works everywhere you are signed in.
