What Stranza is
Stranza is a personal daily planner: capture what’s on your mind, plan it, and get a daily brief. It is operated by its independent developer (“we”). Questions: domantaxas99@gmail.com. By creating an account or using Stranza, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in method secure and your email address current — it is how we reach you. An account is for one person, and you must be at least 16.
What it costs
Nothing today — creating and using an account is free, and future pricing hasn’t been decided. If paid plans ever arrive, we’ll announce them clearly in advance; nothing starts costing money silently.
Your content
Everything you put into Stranza stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: storing your content, processing it to build your views and briefs, and showing it back to you. You can take it with you at any time — Settings → Export downloads your data as JSON or Markdown, no request or approval needed.
Connected calendars
Calendar integrations are read-only: Stranza reads the calendars you connect and does not write to them. Connect only accounts you are entitled to use. You can disconnect at any time — Stranza then revokes its access where the provider supports it and deletes the stored credentials.
Fair use
Don’t use Stranza to break the law, to store or share content you have no right to, or to interfere with the service or other people’s accounts (probing, scraping, deliberate overload). We may suspend an account that does, with notice where reasonable.
The service, honestly
Stranza is provided “as is”, built and run with care by an independent developer. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and notification delivery ultimately depends on your device, browser and push provider. If your data matters to you, export it regularly — the export button exists for exactly that.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending things
You can stop using Stranza and delete your account at any time in Settings; the Privacy Policy describes what happens to your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we may discontinue the service only with reasonable advance notice — enough time to export your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address with its effective date, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Using Stranza after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in.
